Where do you deliver? We deliver to Wangaratta, Waldara, Milawa, Oxley, Gapsted, Tarrawingee, Everton, Myrtleford & Whorouly areas Monday-Friday (check map to see if we deliver to your address). We also deliver to Eldorado on Wednesdays, and Moyhu on Mondays and Thursdays. If you’re not available to receive your delivery at home, we can deliver to your workplace – just fill out the address when you checkout!
What is the minimum amount I can order for delivery? Our minimum order is $30
What does delivery cost? FREE! All Nu Fruit home deliveries are free of charge
Can I have my order delivered to my house when im not there? Yes, please specify in the comments section where you would like the driver to leave your order (keep in mind if you don't purchase a styrene of ice for your cool sensitive items to be packed in, they could perish before you arrive home - orders will be otherwise packed in a cardboard carton with no insulation)
Can I get a gift box sent to a friend? Absolutely! Just be sure to fill in the details with your friends name and address in 'delivery details' on checkout – and any further details in the comments section
What do I do if something isn’t correct in my order? Please contact our office immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org or 03 5723 7200 and our staff will be able to help you through your issue
I don’t have a paypal account – how do I pay? Even though the option is only for Paypal, it will take you to a page where you can enter your credit card details and pay that way (no paypal account needed!)
What time do I need to place my order? 10pm the night prior for next weekday delivery (i.e place your order before 10pm Tuesday to receive it Wednesday, Sunday 10pm for Monday delivery)
What do I do with my empty Nu Fruit box/styrene? You can leave them out for collection with your next order
SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
What can be returned? Any items that don’t meet your quality expectations or has been incorrectly sent can be returned. Please contact our office via phone 03 5723 7200 or email email@example.com to arrange a credit to your account.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items for a change of mind. (We can’t guarantee the stock has been stored to correct temperatures, therefore making it unfit in regards to Health and Safety Regulations)
