Returns & Refund Policy

At NuFruit, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality fruit and vegetables to your door. Because our products are perishable, we handle returns and refunds a little differently from standard retail items.

Freshness Guarantee

If you receive produce that is damaged, spoiled, missing, or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the affected items

Refunds & Replacements

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial or full refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of fresh produce, we generally cannot accept physical returns of:

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Cut produce
  • Refrigerated items
  • Opened food products

You may be asked to safely dispose of any affected items after contacting us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once your order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
  • Orders left unattended after delivery
  • Quality issues resulting from orders not being refrigerated promptly after delivery
